平平無奇嘅茶餐廳 Featured Review

我從來都有個句講個句,好食嘅要讚,真係唔好食嘅,幾馳名幾出名嘅都係假!今日同女友黎到中環扮下文青,係石板街影下相,再行過去嘉咸街睇下壁畫,行到攰攰地,趁着下午茶時段,黎到呢一間有60多年歷史嘅蘭芳園。外觀上,係間鋪嘅外面見到有個綠色帳篷,再走入去之後,係間舊式嘅茶餐廳感覺,開箱片換咗譚詠麟嘅唱片封套,一個非常懷舊嘅裝修同設計。我哋2:20左右入到去,聽佢哋講兩點半有下午茶,叫我地等多陣先至嗌,食嘅嘢差唔多,但係價錢就爭小小。比大家睇一睇餐牌先我哋兩個人叫咗一個豬扒包分其實冇乜驚喜,讚嘅係佢嘅豬扒都咬得到嘅,唔會好似其他嘅豬扒包咁硬骨骨,不過豬扒嘅size係偏細塊,加上又冇其他嘅配料,麵包嘅軟熟程度亦都麻麻地,我相信大家自己喺超級市場買返嚟整,點都會好味過佢!另外亦都叫咗一個奶油豬「香脆奶油豬仔包」餐牌上係咁寫嘅。見到佢加左一大舊又係上面, 但都唔覺好香,而煉奶嘅份量好似得個小小,相信奶油豬落嘅煉奶係好重要嘅一環。論到「脆」,我完全食唔到有脆口嘅感覺,只係硬骨骨,要好用力先可以咬得開佢。完全係失敗之作!蔥油雞扒撈丁用蔥油來撈麵係比較特別嘅諗法,除咗蔥油之外,都有見到佢落醬油既,不過就比較少,所以味道淡左啲,所以主要都係用蔥油來送個面。呢個配搭都算係夾嘅,但就冇話好食到嘩一聲個種,亦都可能因為個面煮得林得滯,跟餐要$53 ,其實幾貴下,亦都唔係好飽肚。咖央西多士難得黎到,當然要試一試啲傳統野,老實講,我真係唔係好食到咖央既味道,全程都諗住食咖央既味,冇落任何糖漿,但如果比我再揀多一次嘅話,我會選擇落糖漿食!傳統茶餐廳一定要試一試檸茶同埋奶茶飲品係唯一可以一讚嘅,檸茶唔係太甜,有少少澀味,幾正宗嘅檸茶;奶茶嘅口感嘅幼滑,奶香同茶香亦都好平均,係唔錯嘅!埋單$126,(唔知係咪有兩樣野計錯數,餐牌上面搵唔到$10同埋$24嘅嘢食)雖然唔算係好飽,味道亦都普普通通,但係都食咗幾多野既,中環呢個地段來講都唔算十分貴,今次相信唔係食呢度嘢食嘅味道,而係食呢度嘅情懷吧! continue reading

成日見咁多遊客排隊,見到今日難得無人排,即刻二話不說同男朋友去試吓啦。同一對台灣嚟嘅遊客搭枱,見到佢哋睇住本旅遊指南介紹嚟。我同男朋友叫咗個蔥油豬扒撈丁同蔥油雞扒撈丁,大家都覺得豬扒香d,另外蔥油唔夠多,個麵有d乾,不過個蔥油好好味,我記得以前落好多油,油多過蔥,搞到油淋淋,而家改良咗,油同蔥比例洽到好處,不過唔夠多。不過總括嚟講,唔知係名不副實定自己唔識食,個撈丁真係好普通,可能外國無,所以遊客覺得咁特別,不過香港人就覺得麻麻地。反而奶茶好濃好香滑,好有舊式茶餐廳嘅奶茶味,如果為咗杯奶茶就值得去 continue reading

只喺向平日中午兩點食過一次,最出名嘅奶茶,公仔麵同包都食咗。只能夠話中環人午膳好似狗,趕住食跟住死返公司。間店舊啲就叫出名,外面用嚟影相就幾有感覺,嘢食呢,講真,試一次都唔洗。或者其他時間,坐外面飲口奶茶扮下嘢應該都可能三星,欺騙自己嘛,感覺呀,味蕾呀都呃埋就得。 食物用具喺膠嘅,一次性用品,非常唔環保仲影響睇同食嘅感覺,本身已經唔好食,價唔見得人仲要膠,唉。仲要咁逼,港島人,真心,唔好試,旅客食店。我都喺第一次留評價,聽講負評喺會被消失,所以都唔多講啦。 continue reading

今日經過中環,去好出名既蘭芳園食個lunch因為12點左右,未到LUNCH高峰期無咩人吾洗等位,入到去就有位坐叫左個葱油豬扒撈丁,加個豬扒包餐 (有蘑菇奄列)葱油豬扒撈丁,$51幾貴,BUT中環食個LUNCH應該咁上下葱油通常撈白飯食,所以撈面食好似怪怪地食食下想要個白飯另外個豬扒包餐,$51豬扒包好港式,個包吾似澳門果啲咁硬咁dry,都OK值得提下係杯熱奶茶,真係OK好飲既不過整體上貴食完出到黎已有人排隊等位仲有一堆遊客圍住左間舖... continue reading

在中上環上班真是很接近許多有名食店,這次Lunch 就去了蘭芳園,環境服務就一般舊式香港食店,不要預計在中環地段的會十分十分清潔。朋友到先大概等了 15 分鐘,店裏面大部分是遊客。點了最出名的「撈丁」(店家說自己是首創的),上次食過雞扒覺得正常偏鹹,今次再試 (1) 豬泵兜撈丁 (2) 豬扒撈丁,兩個都是繼續偏鹹,不太建議把所有薑蓉都加進去~ 出前一丁的本人煮得算剛剛好,不會太軟,有一點彈性在,但因為沒有下平常的調味料所以我覺得用不用出前一丁分別也不會很大。豬泵兜我覺得是豬頸肉,是軟的可是也要多咬幾下,跟整個麵是蠻配的。豬扒本人普普通通,就是平常會食到的味道。友人點了馳名奶茶,試了幾口,真的不錯!! 茶味很出,又不會蓋過奶味,兩者非常的融洽呢,推薦熱奶茶風味更佳!!總括來說,食物的CP值一般,看名字就會知道是什麼味道的感覺,名氣把其吹捧得太高了,反而奶茶(熱!的!) 卻是值得一再回味的。照片放送~~豬泵兜撈丁 ($51)豬扒撈丁 ($51)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~小評分(十分滿分)味道 6價錢 6環境 5態度 5.5款式 6地理位置 6Overall 6~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ continue reading
