Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.      其實我已去過老趙數次,之前都覺得食物味道不錯,服務員亦有禮貌。怎料,今天我同親戚一起食午餐時,情況完全相反。    進去的時侯,明明有兩張枱可以選擇,亦沒有人等位。某位女服務員偏要我們坐在廚房旁的那張,是用命令式的語氣,怒視着我,叫我走個圈到那張枱,手指指的。坐低後,還不停怒視着。本來想叫二人套餐,唔夠再加單,但價錢要三百多元,食物配搭亦非常普通。之後,我們分別點了咖哩牛腩檬粉、香茅豬肉凍檬、香茅豬扒凍檬、香茅豬扒飯及春卷。    首先講講咖哩牛腩檬粉,咖哩混進太多忌廉,很肥膩,從表面看像凝固了。接着是香茅豬肉凍檬和香茅豬扒凍檬,檬粉不是凍,是有點熱,而且乾,不滑。豬扒還可以,但豬肉像燒焦了,啡黑色的。唉!一碟香茅豬扒飯都要四十多元,咖哩牛腩檬粉更是$55!春卷味道還可以的。    結賬時,折合是$394!    算了,我再也不想光顧了!
