To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特色蟹膏湯檬呢間餐廳喺荃灣區內都算係老字號，好多人都推介話幾正宗陳，今日lunch time過嚟試吓一個人冇嗌好多嘢，淨係叫咗個蟹膏湯檬。碗粉一嚟到都幾令人喜出望外有好多唔同嘅餸，有兩塊越南扎肉，豆卜，半個蕃茄，一啲嘅九層塔同生菜，仲有豬紅，當然唔少得嘅就係蟹膏蟹肉啦。蟹膏蟹肉，我覺得不過不失，其他配菜都係正常發揮。反而當中最出色嘅我覺得係越南扎肉，佢唔似得坊間其他餐廳咁，粉漿比例比較重。佢啲扎肉係彈牙結實，亦都有啲啫喱狀嘅汁，我識到我都想encore。我諗下次我會叫淨扎肉。佢個湯頭唔算好重味精食完唔會太口渴，我都飲咗幾大碗。

碗粉一嚟到都幾令人喜出望外有好多唔同嘅餸，有兩塊越南扎肉，豆卜，半個蕃茄，一啲嘅九層塔同生菜，仲有豬紅，當然唔少得嘅就係蟹膏蟹肉啦。
