夜市冠軍三杯雞燴飯:一杯麻油、一杯醬油、一杯米酒,燉煮後醬汁濃縮,醬油的醇厚咸味,帶點微微甜感。麻油香氣,黑麻油爆香薑片和蒜頭,香氣濃郁,有微微苦甘的層次。米酒甜味,酒精蒸發後留下甘甜,中和醬油的咸,讓醬汁更圓潤。三杯雞的醬汁會 勾薄芡淋在白飯上,讓米飯吸飽湯汁,吃起來 **滑順濃郁,但不會過於黏膩。

台式牛肉麵:濃郁湯頭、軟嫩牛肉、Q彈麵條。醬香濃郁湯底加入八角、花椒等香料燉煮,湯色深褐帶紅油。 微辣甘甜,豆瓣醬的發酵鹹香與糖的平衡,尾韻帶點辛辣感,白蘿蔔、洋蔥、薑片燉牛骨,湯色清澈淡黃,突出牛肉本身鮮味。 牛脂肪較多,入口即化,油脂香氣濃。半筋半肉,筋部膠質化,咬下黏糯,肉部吸飽湯汁。
