To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅噹噹的代表豈能沒有了【辣子雞】的份兒,有時候的確不喜歡吃這道,皆因骨多過肉,可是這兒卻相反,每粒肉都相當飽滿,嫩口得來帶Juicy,一點也火鞋口,再輕輕掛上了辣粉,辣得過隱。

而【水煮牛肉】更是是晚焦點,平凡的一盤水煮牛肉經大廚淋上著了火的老酒後,變得香氣四溢。牛肉用上美國的安格斯牛,吃起來帶嚼感得來,又富肉香,當然重點是用上四川紅花椒及朝天椒,洋溢著麻辣的鮮香。
