To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之次路過呢間野,比個名同門面個裝修招牌吸引左,上黎OpenRice 睇,原來個花膠雞湯底好出名,所以今晚同d friends gathering 就決定黎呢間。 一行七人,book左9點(其實係太full,我地太遲訂所以要食9點,要黎食記得早d book位) 我地叫左$258果個花膠雞安格斯海鮮任飲任食套餐,就緊係叫招牌花膠雞湯底,人多關係,再叫多個沙嗲湯底。order完先送個餐前小食,炸魚彈燒賣,好好呀,大家都餓到咕咕聲。 湯到喇,嘩!個花膠湯個賣相唔差喎,花膠都有唔少,又唔係碎濕濕咁,緊係一塊塊。水滾喇,大家第一時間食左花膠先啦,正喎!d雞都幾滑喎!果然係招牌湯底,必叫! 配料都係叫左好基本既野,重點係個安格斯啦,當然好食過普通雪花肥牛好多啦! 120分鐘食完,仲有甜品送,雜果紅豆涼粉冰!嘩!飽到爆肚都要食埋啦,實在正!
