To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

《焗鱈魚柳配香茅椰子汁》$188一食落去，有啲泰式既感覺，蜆肉吸晒香茅椰子汁。反而鱈魚柳因為焗既關係，吸香茅椰子汁比較少，個皮比較脆身，時間控制得啱啱好，唔會overcook。《西班牙黑豬梅頭肉配蘋果蓉》$188黑豬梅頭肉味道較濃郁，肉質具口感，油脂感較輕。 除左燒汁之外，主菜配咪酸酸甜甜既蘋果蓉，食落去會好fresh，加埋燒汁一齊食，又幾夾。《Passion Fruit Squash》$58兩杯飲品當中，我比較中意呢杯，尤其係夏天，呢杯係七喜加左酸酸地既熱情果同青檸。《Mixed Berries Mojito》$58主要係雜莓加薄荷葉，兩杯都係mocktail， 即係無酒精飲品，大家可以試下。
