To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我假期耐唔耐都會嚟牛角食個燒肉Set Lunch,因為貪佢平過Dinner好多,價格由六十幾至百零蚊就有交易,豐儉由人,可以止下燒肉癮!呢到嘅Set Lunch有唔同價位,每個價位都包昆布湯、沙律、白飯同埋飲品,可以要轉牛角飯就要加$18,啲飯可以無限添食架!簡直係大胃王嘅福音!今次我叫咗燒肉定食B,揀咗腹胸肉同豬頸肉,調味就要咗燒肉汁,啲肉醃得好入味,基本上唔使另外點醬汁食,豬頸肉嘅肉質好爽口,燒完帶點油香,好味;而腹胸肉脂肪就比較少,所以肉質較韌,但肉味都相當濃!牛角飯同以往一樣咁好食,加咗醬油同大量紫菜喺面,入面仲撈咗啲芝麻!咁簡單嘅配搭已經好好味!必食!飲品方面,我嗌咗原味活乳酸梳打,味道正常,btw而家牛角全線為咗支持環保,全線都唔會提供飲管,要飲管就要加$2👍🏻👍🏻

今次我叫咗燒肉定食B,揀咗腹胸肉同豬頸肉,調味就要咗燒肉汁,啲肉醃得好入味,基本上唔使另外點醬汁食,豬頸肉嘅肉質好爽口,燒完帶點油香,好味;而腹胸肉脂肪就比較少,所以肉質較韌,但肉味都相當濃!
