To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 支持小店!呢間小店屹立左喺荃灣都唔短時間,有好多街坊客嚟食,我就係其中一個。如題,兩杯都好好飲!左邊係芒果沙冰,芒果超甜超濃;右邊係牛油果沙冰,超級濃郁好足料!叫咗晚餐,再加配小食,魚露雞翼香噴噴熱辣辣~越南春卷真係好有越南嘅風味,真係有啲似係越南食到嘅春卷,外皮好脆好鬆化!扎肉撈檬都幾抵食,扎肉好濃味,有蒜有芽菜有香葉薄荷葉,整碗檬粉好清新。咖喱牛腩法包,咖喱牛腩同埋法包係分開上嘅,用麵包點咖喱汁,再配牛腩一齊食,都幾得意。
