To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 片皮鴨片皮鴨片皮鴨🐤🐤,對上一次食應該係2年前係海港城,我記得嗰次食都幾貴,同都成10幾個人食,我好似都係食得2件。。朋友啱啱轉post , 為左同佢一齊experience 下乜嘢叫做TGIF ,佢suggest 過來食片皮鴨,我即時諗,咁貴😱😱😱,之後佢send 左呢個$498 set 俾我再拉多2個friend 子,攪掂,打去訂位。。最後當日有條友仔甩底😤😤(->我係突登寫俾佢睇既😝😝) 呢個set 我地係訂位時己經預訂埋,因為佢係限量既,book 左7pm,來到唔使等,直入~~~Yoho~~🎉🎊 其實都幾多人,都成7成滿,我地被安排邊皮近角落位置,it’s fine, 啱晒我地吹水用😝😝😝來到姐姐問左我地係咪訂左皮片鴨餐,揀多2個餸就上菜lu~~~~先來就上片皮鴨,因為張枱太細,所以姐姐上菜都係係另一張枱片完鴨皮先送過來我地張枱度,我連隻鴨都未見過😅😅😅 ,如果佢可以show show 隻鴨俾我地睇會好啲😅😅) ,上枱都唔細都有成16 -17片,個皮好香,有油脂,但唔肥,個皮脆脆地但唔乾,幾好食,一人食到4皮本身,但因為有條友甩底 (強調😉😉) ,所以我地3個女仔食左5

先來就上片皮鴨,因為張枱太細,所以姐姐上菜都係係另一張枱片完鴨皮先送過來我地張枱度,我連隻鴨都未見過😅😅😅 ,如果佢可以show show 隻鴨俾我地睇會好啲😅😅) ,上枱都唔細都有成16 -17片,個皮好香,有油脂,但唔肥,個皮脆脆地但唔乾,幾好食,一人食到4皮本身,但因為有條友甩底 (強調😉😉) ,所以我地3個女仔食左5+塊片皮鴨,啲包又唔夠多,結果我地食到第一碟就漏左😅😅😅😅 之後姐姐就走來問我地個鴨殻想煲湯定拎走,我地因為無人識整俾鴨殻,所以就話煲湯,事後我地又有啲後悔,因為太飽同真係未見過過殻嘛😀😀😀

之後就上左我地揀嘅咕嚕肉,好好食呀,唔太酸,脆口嘅,粉唔厚,都算大份。之後係沙巴龍躉仔🐟🐟,雖然係仔,但都唔細條,當然都唔係超大,普通size , 無overcooked , 都幾滑。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 再上就係加左鴨殻既時菜鴨骨湯,咁個湯唔知係咪要改名做”時菜鴨骨鴨骨湯”?😅😅😅,個湯老實講,唔夠味,都係淡底,加左鴨殻都無乜味,浪費左個殻呀。。aiya~~😢😢 個湯有湯渣俾我地,不過我地無食過😅😅 最後就係我地揀嘅桶子豉油雞,但佢唔係桶上😅😅😅,食左一舊,幾唔錯,之後唔該打包走呀!🙏🙏 因為當日有條友仔甩底(再三強調😏😏樓主小氣mode) ,食唔晒唯有打包,唔做大嘥鬼😉😉😉😉

呢個餐幾抵食,4個人唔叫飯都夠飽!👌🏻👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻 當然大食另計,但我未必會翻兜,原來食5件片皮鴨,係好漏😝😝😝😝
