一向個人對片皮鴨都情有獨鍾,下至普通酒樓片皮鴨二食,上至去專門食片皮鴨嘅餐廳,大多數都食過,當然質素上有唔同喇,今次朋友叫我特登嚟嘅呢一間羲和雅苑,十分有驚喜😆😆😆店舖裝修得好有懷舊感覺,咁啱編中去落地玻璃附近嘅位,個景一流,相信如果行出去飲嘢一定更好feel 😂⋯⋯不過重點都係隻鴨,一枱幾個人叫咗半隻,單看佢上菜前嘅伴碟就已經好期待其後師傳特登去到人客面前當面整隻鴨👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻見住佢整同上碟,感覺好好,唔洗等好耐主菜就攪掂為咗好好品嘗片皮鴨,我一早就睇左餐牌了解點樣吃隻鴨最好,事實上待應晌食之前都有教你點樣食,第一層皮先加酸梅醬同爆炸糖,第二層就用芥末醬,最後一層就好似平時食嘅片皮鴨,夾自己愛嘅料去熱哄哄嘅皮,3種食法各有特色,第一層有脆口感覺,第二層少肉多皮,有少少油脂分泌中和,加上最原始嘅方法,3層唔同食法各有特色另外仲有點咗幾個餸—百年醬肉,首先啲豬肉切得好薄,少肥而且好入味,而醬汁方面亦有足夠濃味,入口易咬口,值得一試金磚豆腐塊估唔到份量都幾大,但豆腐炸得個面好脆,但入面仲係好滑,外脆內暖,調味亦夠味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻朋友仔叫嘅松露蠔仔煎餅,雖然賣相就麻麻,但松露份量都算多,蠔方面
