相信好多人都已經食過,朋友都推薦必食名物烤鴨。咁啱手上仲有未用完嘅B Coupon,就決定同朋友係Lunch Time 試試。第一次打電話去果查詢coupon 可路可以,Lunch Time時段使用果陣,竟然可以打通有人回答,仲可以send 個menu黎睇睇,Service 好到真係令人感動。但當我想打去book位,我不同時段打左2個星期都冇人聽電話,最後係親自去到餐廳book位😅佢地offer 用餐時間係中午12:15-14:15,非常足夠食一個舒適口嘅Lunch. 朋友12:20一坐下便隨即點左半隻烤鴨,12:35左右我們已經把剩下的幾款菜都點好等食。我和朋友一直等到1:15左右。眼見片皮鴨師傅出黎片左兩隻鴨都未到我地又唔見左人,我地終於忍唔住問侍應可時可以上菜,實在太肚餓同埋驚趕唔切。我地叫左3個菜式分別係:烤鴨半隻 $328(2食:椒鹽 $118)鴨分左3個部位上,分別係 半邊鴨頭+好肥鴨皮、冇咁肥鴨皮、鴨皮連肉。 侍應介紹肥鴨皮可以用藍莓醬同爆炸糖配食、冇咁肥鴨皮可以配芥末醬,山楂條而鴨肉連皮可以依照傳統食法。 量唔多,而且片得一定無相咁靚,特別係皮連肉果D😅。 唔知係咪冷氣太足,隻鴨上台果陣已經唔暖,食多2塊就覺得有D膩。烤鴨2食椒鹽: 整到好似避風塘系列咁,沾大量粉漿炸過再炒,含大量蒜、辣椒同花生(微辣)乾煸四季豆 $1xx好夠味好香、微辣、量少籠仔花膠櫻花蝦海味蒸飯 $148完全沉浸係好多海味入面、兩碗正常中餐廳碗仔飯嘅飯量,真係有d太少。而佢地服務質素真係令我大開眼間。差唔多食到尾聲13:45烤鴨2食先到,唯有同朋友分兩盒打包拎走。當我地問要外賣盒果陣,侍應姐姐好唔客氣咁講盒要錢,要幾多個。 朋友話要2個,佢都冇理我地,但拎左外賣盒去另一檯。 而最不能接受就係,個侍應姐姐係客人面前同一個疑似主管級嘅男當場爭執,爭安排其他侍應工作。 除此之外,佢地因為要趕住清理檯面,佢地推左手推車出黎扔d剩下飯菜碗碟入去個膠兜。但現場d食客仍在進餐 或尚未離坐,咁樣會影響客人食慾同觀感,見到呢個狀況我以為去左出面普通酒樓。明顯呢間係價格中上餐廳,但係點解佢檔次係咁?  continue reading

We were so surprised by how bad service can a decent restaurant provides. This is one of the worst experiences. It’s totally a waste of time and money. No menu served after we were seated for 10 mins. Plates were dropped to the table rudely and loudly. Big plate was served on my tea cup.Last time we found hair in noodle. This time we found unrecognized thing on plate when we were just seated. Don’t try to ask the ladies to help, they frowned and showed you their backs and don’t have have time to listen to you.Main dishes were served before appetizers. Dessert was served after we were ready to check out, Let alone the taste. It’s far from being tasty. My only wish was that there is no inedible things inside.I made complaints to the senior staff and obviously she didn’t care. continue reading
