To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一星期前訂枱,訂了第二輪時8:30pm,8pm到已可入座😄冬節有套餐供應,亦可散叫。套餐比平時貴約30%而湯就upgrade做魚翅,不太過份,但最後還是散叫。南瓜海鮮羹:餐牌上指三至四位用,最後我們一行六人每人都有一碗滿滿的。南瓜味不太特出,但海鮮豐富,值得一試大魚頭湯:因原本以為南瓜海鮮羹唔足夠六位,所以要多個湯,最後一行六人每人又都有一碗滿滿的,而且還有多兩碗。有魚味但亦有少許魚腥味,湯內還有粉皮,吃完已經半飽麻香雞:屬前菜,所以份量較少。少少辣,香味不足,雞味亦一般片皮鴨:鴨片一大碟,鴨肉不太肥又有肉味,只有少少羶味,而且還是暖暖的。配上傳統麵粉皮及配料,真的很好吃松子魚:新鮮熱辣上枱,這條魚頗多肉吃,外脆內嫩,醬汁甜酸度適中但個人覺得太稠,但已很不錯。XO醬大蝦腸粉煲:XO醬很香,蝦份量頗多,腸粉盡吸收XO醬味,非常惹味生煎包:不夠熱,餡料有少量肉汁,包底香脆,味道一般以這個價錢(尤其做節)有這樣的環境及食物,很滿意呢
