To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸節+生日,我地揀左去食鴨,因為做緊優優,我們等台等了一小時有多,接近收工才可入座。我們拿拿林點了「扁皮鴨」份量適中,略嫌未夠太熱,包皮略嫌濕潤,味道尚可。「小龍包」皮簿足料有湯水,好正呀(好似好食過 鼎xx)。「水煮魚」味道尚可內有粉皮,滑滑的。「高力豆沙」好耐無食過。「擔擔麵」好味😋麵質爽口。「醉雞」香濃酒味,但太多雞胸😟。「蒜泥白肉」未夠蒜香。「炸雪糕」感覺新奇,口感唔錯。「龍蝦帶子湯」香濃龍蝦湯,感覺似西湯。備註:盡可能食早輪,可能當天我們尾輪,上菜超快,而且趕收工。
