To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同爸爸媽媽去食日本菜 ,明明都已經大熱天,但店員見到我媽媽,勁細心體貼問佢要唔要熱水,真係非常之顧及到客人的需要 。叫左個特選四人前料理 ,有刺身同埋有熱食,咁就滿足到阿媽唔食生嘢嘅要求 。刺身四品係我既最愛,魚生超級鮮甜,特別係油甘魚,入口有種滑溜感,海膽卷亦新鮮,冇腥味,飯同海苔比例剛好。豚肉沙律搭配新鮮蔬菜,口感脆爽,醬汁香醇,既健康又美味。牛舌鹽燒同免治雞肉,燒得香口,口感爽彈。鯛魚野菜石鍋湯好有驚喜,湯底夠清甜。鐵板A4和牛薄燒油脂均勻,肉味濃郁,入口即化,配埋微微焦香嘅鐵板蟹肉炒飯,味道平衡得嚟有少少驚喜。經理好細心推介咗一款清酒俾我哋,配合返今晚我哋食嘅菜式 。
