To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說老婆大姑媽早兩星期約食飯,話已經book左位,因為提早book 位有得免費升級兩個小菜,所以就早d訂位囉。訂左七點半,唔知係咪平日關係,唔算多人,約得六七成枱有人,有人打邊爐有人小菜。等到八點齊人就叫佢地起菜啦。首先黎左個併盤先,有乳豬,雞,叉燒,燒鵝,雞絲粉皮。味道唔太差既,可惜係去到邊間酒樓,都例牌凍架啦,唔夠熱。之後上左個龍蝦上湯伊麵,就係免費升級,本身係大蝦既,伊麵底好多,份量十足,我自己就無食龍蝦,長輩們就話梅炸子雞,最怕太肥,隻雞尚算滑趐,又係升左級,本身係湯黎,唔知係咪比錯左,好大煲,似全圍份量蒸魚,唔會過熟,算係咁仲有兩個菜,一個係鮑片,菇,同菜,正常貨色,另一個 蟹肉扒時蔬,太飽無食到荷葉飯打包仲有生果食
