To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間之前午市來飲茶都麻麻,不過家人話來呢間,好耐冇食晚飯,就試吓,點知中伏!同家人慶祝生日,訂咗個全包宴,燒鵝見有個有火的熱盤盛住,但係d鵝都是不熱的,上湯龍蝦伊面肉霉,伊麵好鹹,西蘭花炒花枝片,西蘭花唔熱,花枝片好淋,冇味,食完成枱龍蝦殼,冇人換碟。𨍭盤上冇人收碟,自己來,全包宴寫是荷葉飯,𨍭左蛋白炒飯,冇人同我地講,同埋好細碟,邊夠12人食?仲要係暖,又唔熱。侍應在一旁傾計,冇過來收下碟,真係要再培訓一下!呢間我冇下次幫襯! continue reading

今日去了粉嶺,又到了中午食飯時間,到附近的碧湖花園商場稻香酒樓吃,因為新正頭所以都有相當多的食客。今天只得一個人吃點了一個海皇燒汁烏冬,再加一個芙蓉棉花肚點心。可能仍是正月的關係等了很久烏冬才來到,看賣相雖不算吸引但仍可以,上面有帶子兩隻、蝦球兩隻、少量魷魚塊和很多腍口的蟹柳,伴以芽菜同炒。吃了一口覺得很乾且調味一般沒有什麼味道;烏冬不夠熱再加上煮得太過腍身,欠缺烏冬應有煙韌的口感。芙蓉棉花肚的賣相看上去就不討好,幾塊魚肚伴兩塊切片的冬菇,下面用多塊的豆卜墊底,吃落口同樣沒有什麼味道,是一個很寡味的點心。因此再另外叫了一個雪菜肉絲牛肉腸,牛腸是今餐比較像樣的食品,牛肉混和雪菜算有些味道,粉皮還算嫩滑又不太厚,是今餐較像樣的點心。今個午餐算是近來外面吃飯較差的一次經歷,希望下次來時各方面會有所改善。 continue reading
