To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日父親節,一早就book咗4位lunch在鯉魚門食海鮮,2pm坐抵,伙計介紹到隔隣的"琦旺"買海鮮,其後一併計入張單,"快樂"地方寬敞,裝修算新,光光猛猛,面對海景。由於海鮮自來,所以主要食他的煮功。✨象拔蚌刺身- $570 料👍新鮮原隻加拿大象拔足斤半,刀功很好,因不同部位分厚薄,放在方形glass plate 墊上冰粒,present 得大體👍,有wasabi,但是用日本魚生豉油,偏醎,美中不足。✨瀬尿蝦 - $450 料👍椒鹽2隻,一膏一肉,炸得香脆,配以椒鹽脆蒜,香口好味,通常冇得輸✨上湯焗龍蝦 - $620 料依麵底,雖然係澳龍,蝦味偏淡,可能上湯唔夠味啦✨姜汁芥蘭 $80👎唔夠半斤,又乾又冇姜汁味,似白焯多D,上枱時冇哩火氣👎✨咕噜肉 $98 👎酸甜汁份量都唔錯,菠蘿不很新鲜有些過時,肉乾净净不juicy,又不熱,可能係雪藏貨👎快樂charge的煮功大约係料錢的1/3,算係公道的,通常在茶、芥、前菜收你多D,開開心心一家人坐埋,都無可厚非的,服務又唔差,都係個句海鮮酒家要食海鮮,其他小菜可免則免。(註: 在"琦旺"買的海鮮價錢公道,出面的價錢也是差不多)
