To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋連國慶長假期, 四圍都係人. 鯉魚門當然唔例外, 其實我地想搵間有海景嘅餐廳. 而另一間叫南大門嘅已經 full 左, 所以就入呢間試下. 入去行左個圈, 室內有冷氣嘅海景枱已經爆晒, 見到有樓梯當然問下樓上有無海景枱喇. 結果店員話樓上淨係開放俾 vip.. 最後見到有户外海景枱, 當日都幾好風唔算太熱, 咁就坐左户外, 完全無遮無擋咁享受海景同海風 😌👫🏻間餐廳仲有3隻貓, 望落去似係1歲內嘅喵b, 有啲驚人不過都幾活潑, 鍾意攪下啲袋嘅帶同埋 lur 你俾野佢食 😻😻😻除左海鮮, 餐廳都有唔少其他選擇. 不過一場黎到呢間海鮮餐廳, 梗係食海鮮喇! Menu 第一頁例明可選擇嘅海鮮同相關煮法, 清楚方便. 唯一不足係無價錢..揀左4種海鮮, 同店員講每人budget 大概 $300, 佢回覆話ok 都夠食. 除左海鮮, 我地仲叫左一碟菜同白飯.刺身象拔蚌 - 都幾細條, 不過都新鮮嘅. 合格.蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌 - 唔算大隻, 以為粉絲會入味, 結果唔係..白灼花螺 - size 比較細, 合格.砵酒焗生蠔 - 個人覺得冇乜技巧可言, 正常發揮, 合格.桂花椰汁糕 - 免費送嘅甜品, 不能要求太多吧..結果埋單$500 一個人, 仲要無例明每樣 item 嘅價錢. 感覺麻麻, 大部份應該俾咗去佢個海景度.. 呢個價位, 絕對可以有更好選擇! continue reading

5月時跟家人一起到鯉魚門遊覽風景, 順便在這裡吃美味的海鮮!!鯉魚門裡有很多間海鮮酒樓, 我們也是隨便選一間, 沒想到隨便選都很不錯!由於我們很早便進去食, 所以有海景位置坐! 一大塊落地玻璃望向海, 很舒服!選海鮮位置離酒樓有少許距離, 但職員都好nice, 不會不停介紹你貴價的海鮮!選好海鮮便回到酒樓坐, 職員會跟我們再次覆單, 沒問題就上菜!由於4個人去食, 每種海鮮份量不太多!白灼蝦忘記了是從澳洲入口的靚蝦, 蝦的鮮味很突出, 好食!豉椒炒聖子鑊氣好重, 聖子好大隻, 好爽口, 一樣好食好惹味!椒鹽瀨尿蝦上到來時已經分開了幾份, 方便我們食! 椒鹽炒的關係, 好惹味! 瀨尿蝦幾爽, 好多肉, 肉質好嫩!!陳皮蒸飽魚size都算OK! 一人一隻自已慢慢用刀切成一片片地食! yummy!最後點了瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 好滿足, 好飽!飯後甜品有椰汁桂花糕和生果盤!椰汁桂花糕做得好好食!! 椰汁味好香濃!! continue reading

母親生日,我們都會去吃海鮮,這幾年都是去三聖吃海鮮,今年第一次去鯉魚門吃海鮮這間餐廳有分上下兩層,長期都full booking,幸好親人幫忙訂位。樓上的有幾個獨立房間,還會有人獨立招待,房間內有一個獨立的露台,看著外面一整個岸景,配合著岸邊商店的霓虹燈光,五光十色的炸瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦已經切成小件,炸到脆卜卜,蝦膏就沒有了,但是勝在多肉和新鮮炸蝦頭象拔蚌刺身,我的最愛🥳內臟部分都炸起來配椒鹽吃粉絲蒸扇貝醬油在下面,有好多蒜,正這個乳鴨也好吃,熱呼呼的,醬汁不會結晶我覺得這個最好吃😂時令水果,芒果和木瓜不是一般的甜!!象拔蚌內臟,辣辣地,配醬汁吃桂花馬豆糕呢餐飯比較貴7個人吃了7000幾元 continue reading
