Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今次嘗試食套餐,果然有驚喜,$350元一位包海鮮同加功費,我哋一共有九人可撰擇七種海鮮,仲有油菜、海鮮湯、炒飯、水果及甜品。選擇咗蒸鮑魚、蒸扇貝、蒸海斑、上湯焗龍蝦、蒸蝦、薑蔥炒蟹、豉汁炒蟶子,每樣海鮮都好新鮮彈牙,味道適中,仲好大碟添。最後埋單$3505,員工服務態度好有禮貌,下次一定再來。 continue reading

希望您 訂檯前看到我以下的經歷:23年3月26日晚一行六人又到鯉魚門快樂漁港酒家, 光顧已經不止一次, 家父自攜了一些海鮮包括三斤龍蝦, 蝴蝶蚌等, 瀨尿蝦, 聖子皇等在附近購買.六個人只得一"小"塊不夠兩口, 平日屋企都經常會煮龍蝦食, 煎米底, 完全沒有蝦膏,  未進食前, 請老闆先過來看看, 但他仍然堅持份量正常,  老闆身邊的伙記後來也承認分量不足三斤(在這不想影響他的飯碗).  我爸在西環賣蝦幾十年, 肉眼已知斤兩與好壞, 一看已認出不是原來的, 龍蝦被換包了.  我心想, 不會吧, 光顧了這麼多次, 但事實歸事實. 食到條氣chok住chok住, 其實瀨尿蝦也被他們換包, 沒有下次, 貴點都要去南大門.建議:1. 奉勸大家去另一家2. 還有最好是原隻上, 不要斬件上, 龍蝦切開一半蒜蓉清蒸罷了.P.S.: 1. 鯉魚門快樂漁港酒家 與<<海天宴會廳>> 極有可能是同一集團. 大家要注意哦!!!2. 劉德華說每種因果自有天收3. 我又要煩下次去邊間加工4. 如果你知我是誰, 歡迎當面對質 continue reading

快樂漁港酒家都有參加Seafood Loves Sake,餐廳有兩款配搭清酒既菜式,兩款都相當吸引,食完飲飽好回味。第一款係豉油皇乾煎大蝦,用左斤両十足既大蝦,足足有半隻手掌咁大,用左傳統煮法透過上頭抽香煎。相當惹味,蝦頭有超多蝦膏流出黎,而蝦肉質彈牙,配輕麟山清酒更能帶出蝦的鮮味。另一款係豉椒炒蘇格蘭蟶子配稻里 純米山田錦 月,清酒有豐富既旨味,口感柔滑濃郁,同中式料理入面既豉椒非常匹配,突出左蟶子味道。 continue reading
