我們點了兩個父親節源峰和牛廚師發辦,因樣樣嘢都有d,啱晒樣樣想試d 的我哋!首先上的係前菜,火炙帆立貝伴三文魚子沙律,帆立貝味道不錯,但三文魚子有點腥,不是太新鮮。接著是刺身三點(赤身,油甘魚,牡丹蝦),幾新鮮。煮物方面是(鹿兒島野崎)和牛筋煮,牛筋煮得煮得幾諗幾入味。焼是鹿兒島野崎A5 Tenderloin和牛陶板燒,讓我們自己慢慢燒。入口即溶,正!揚物是五色米通炸蝦,很特別!我最喜歡的是(鹿兒島野崎A4 Rib Eye)火灸和牛海膽壽司,和牛及海膽溶在口內,味道一流!接住係和牛素麵,口感像食米粉,不會太飽。最後甜點食埋靜岡蜜瓜及白草莓,好完滿。另個餐送了枝清酒給我們,尤其喜歡其盛酒的器皿,又好睇又好用😍!環境舒適,食物也好,看住廚師在面前準備食物,更是種享受😎。
