石門帝逸酒店staycation既第一晚package$2688包套房連日式omakase晚餐而呢間日本餐廳源峰係酒店頂樓28樓同泳池同一層今晚餐飯聲稱係omakase睇圖就覺得係類似割烹呢類型既料理omakase呢個名而家係香港好似已經變左係高級日本料理既代名詞咁源峰裝修就有d酒吧夜場feel以酒店既日本餐廳黎講呢間源峰係開揚既全落地玻璃之前去過九香間灘萬係完全無景觀可言半島間今佐都係一樣咁除左窗口位仲有我地坐既bar檯位擺盤一般只有張檯墊唔似得之前食灘萬咁會有個盤放係檯面另有紙袋口罩套staycation package有寫會送既清酒唔知平時就咁食有無跟另外係研究完先知既濕手巾坐bar檯就可以望到師傅手勢不過因為疫情關係中間就隔開左塊板感覺都幾on居今日招呼我地既係俊師傅網上面話呢度師傅班底係黎自割烹櫓杏既bar檯加上開放底廚房仲見到唔少師傅係度準備食物侍應再比左份今晚既餐牌我地睇招呼係幾好不過感覺就唔算好專業廚師發辦既八道菜自從無得去日本之後而家好似越黎越多餐廳打正旗號叫自己做omakase餐餐都過千蚊起跳可能個利潤真係好大我自己就無咁富貴食到咁豪最多食個吞拿魚刺生丼已經好滿足計埋之前同事請食飯去過元朗壽司之神今次都只係第二次食呢種廚師發辦前菜係綠色植物加三文魚子正正常常之後就一直望住師傅準備其實我呢d毒男食omakase就尷尷尬尬咁除左唔識食仲要扮話比師傅聽好食第二道係刺身右口魚油甘魚同埋赤身正路就係由白魚開始食都算係鮮甜既不過話就話係omakase但其實就一直都係師傅傳比侍應上菜而侍應又唔係好識介紹成件事就好奇怪燒物係帶子兩大粒都幾厚身炸物天婦羅有茄子同蘆筍其中呢件鯛魚唔知係咪就係傳說中既立鱗燒入面d魚肉仲係熱到辣口主菜係壽司六件係成餐飯唯一一道同師傅有交流既地方不過成件事就因為我地同師傅中間相隔左塊膠板師傅要將壽司握好放落兜再遞比我地然後我地食完又要遞個兜比番師傅一來一回係好煩瀨尿蝦深海池魚赤貝小肌唯一一件用手接既吞拿魚最後係右口魚好似係關注組好不屑既火槍其實壽司就應該接過黎就即食既但又想要用唔同機影相件件都就放低左一陣先放得入口連我自己都覺得煩所以我可能真係唔係幾適合去食呢類型既野一來又記唔到師傅講野二來真係食黎食去個感想都係得個鮮字比起食法國菜仲更加複雜想要學習既路真係好漫長埋尾酢物我諗我食多幾多次都唔會鍾意水雲呢種滑sansan既食物味噌湯甜品係蜜桃奶凍同一般既水果甜品唔同有花過心思感覺幾特別臨尾見到師傅係度燒緊和牛唔知係咪聽到女朋友話唔夠飽一陣要食宵夜啦咁可能又忙完師傅即興再整多道菜比我地呢份唔係menu入面既菜式竟然係我最鍾意既雖然只係簡簡單單玉子燒但都砌到四格鴛鴦色再加埋魚子甜甜咸咸好特別即刻令我對源峰加晒分參觀埋個廁所呢間餐廳真係唔無乜日式既感覺可能設計本身就係想同傳統唔同掛話就話係跟package咁最後都有了番隻龜我就睇唔明個set到底係八百定九百八另外計埋杯清酒三十蚊杯但又唔洗加一呢個價錢要比正價既話我就應該唔會考慮不過帝逸除左自助餐就只得日本餐廳同埋中菜廳見到中菜廳搞到成個宴會廳咁完全無意慾想食所以先揀左呢間源峰整體驚喜其實無乜不過師傅都算體貼奈何係餐廳設計要整左塊膠版阻住其實上網睇見之前人地食既餐係無壽司個feel就更加似係會席料理所以如果坐窗邊或者仲更加舒服既侍應斟水次數亦都相當頻密唯獨係有少少機械式既感覺可能始終都唔係頂級酒店既關係啦咁呢一餐其實我都算係滿意架啦起碼對沙田唔適合有高級日本餐廳呢個印像有少少改觀臨走時見到門口有貼左lunch既餐牌個價錢都已經可以同其他五星酒店既日本餐廳睇齊唯獨係個鰻魚飯特別平仲平過銀鱈魚西京燒可能入唔到靚貨掛 continue reading

一早係Openrice 訂咗十二點兩位,前一晚收到電話確認並同時要求坐吧枱,今日去到竟然多次話我冇訂位,最後入坐卻被安排坐卡位,並告知人數眾多不能安排。待落單再三詢問,終於得悉我們打算order海膽Omakase才被安排到吧枱坐。整體食物不錯。 continue reading

因為方便同埋環境好,而且又容易book,所以又約咗朋友喺呢度食嘢傾吓計!今次是另一個set,銀雪魚西京燒$280 + 加配刺身$120有幾片兩款~呢日嘅刺身有三個赤身細片厚切+ 兩篇鰤魚腩我轉左油甘魚(因為我唔想食魚腩驚肥)加配嘅刺身同上次刺身定食嘅厚度差好遠,始終貨價貴啲嗎新鮮好味冇乜話特別驚喜銀雪魚西京燒唔係太大塊,一開始睇以為好大,其實師傅好醒目咁將佢切得擺盤好靚之餘睇落會大件啲,但係其實食落就唔多如果食晒成碗白飯就會夠飽嘅!不過唔食咁多飯就覺得唔係太飽啦!講返條魚!真係超級好味!豐富嘅油脂加上帶有酒味,甜甜地嘅西京燒做法真係好味到呢我想學自己整㗎其他嘢就同上次差唔多所以我就唔講啦預料之中嘅一餐 continue reading

1. 由於要使用會員卡8折,已提前聯絡餐廳但遲遲未收到回覆。2. 用膳前一天打來說12點booking要13:15交枱。但事前電話確認時無提及過分11:30及13:30兩個時段。當下問職員omakase係咪只係比客人食一個鐘,然後佢直接建議我可以早過12點黎用膳。再三詢問先收到另一回覆話啱啱嗰位係新職員將用膳area弄錯。其實並沒有分時段,亦唔需要急住交枱。3. 當日11:45出𨋢就聽到一位男經理同接待女職員講:你又錯呀?又睇錯嘢呀? (不是指責語氣,感覺男經理都好包容,好似唔覺得嗰位女職員需要進步,都係嘻嘻哈哈,完全冇搭入酒店餐廳嘅氛圍)4. 出席後即日於openrice標示我為缺席,再查詢時他堅持自己沒有按錯,是openrice系統問題。但解決問題方法竟然不是讓openrice馬上修正。而是著客人重新提交一個假的訂座然後他們馬上給我按出席,還說這是她個人認為最快最好的方法。總括嚟講,唔係以上係咪同一位女職員啦。如果係佢真係好需要再培訓。食物上,正常水準,但唔會有驚喜亦冇服務可言。(某兩位男女侍應係正常sharp醒有禮貌的,唔明點解level同嗰位女接待爭咁遠) continue reading
