今日專登帶阿媽去旺角「劉興記」朝聖,試吓網上狂推嘅生煎包!鋪頭細細但人龍不斷,我哋下晝三點幾到都要等位,好在店員超熱情,一坐低就送上兩杯免費續杯嘅鮮磨豆漿,豆香濃又唔會死甜,抵讚! |招牌生煎包(8隻)|一上枱就聞到煎包嘅焦香,咬開脆底嗰陣「咔嚓」聲超治愈!皮薄餡多,豬肉餡肥瘦適中,爆出嚟嘅肉汁鮮甜到阿媽猛咁點頭。最正係個脆底,煎到金黃又唔油膩,食完一籠即刻想encore! |蟹黃生煎包(4隻)|限量款果然有驚喜!一啖咬落去,蟹黃嘅甘香同豬肉汁撞到正,仲有粒粒蟹籽增加口感,鮮味爆燈!不過建議趁熱食,凍咗會少少腥。 |手工豆沙窩餅|外皮煎到微脆,入面嘅豆沙綿密又唔會過甜,阿媽話有舊式酒樓嘅風味!食完鹹點再嚟件甜嘅,完美收尾~ 百幾蚊左右食到捧住肚走,性價比高!生煎包絕對係香港數一數二,尤其蟹黃款必試。不過鋪頭細,建議避開飯市去。阿媽臨走仲問:「幾時再帶我嚟?」
