由年多前開張時人流不多到現在晚晚六點半後爆場門囗排長龍,呢間舖都唔簡單!這裡最出名是百搭湯飯及蒸魚套餐,湯飯已試過多次,評語係----惦!所有湯飯小菜也是即叫即做所以等嘅時間都幾耐!(尤其是蒸餸)魚類選擇同酒樓有得比!有平有貴, 煮法也有得揀!生炒骨$38----排骨係新鮮炸起,比例肉多骨少,入口皮表仲脆脆地,肉質偏瘦無肥膏,酸甜汁味道做得不錯.金針雲耳蒸雞$35----等得最耐!差不多要三十分鐘, 雖然係即叫即蒸但始終係得D雞翼雞脾雪藏貨, 雞肉味道欠奉但質感都算是滑!(起碼唔覺得霉)豉汁蒸黄花$58----都幾大條吓!蒸的火候控制很好, 魚肉剛離骨.調味的豉汁夠味不過咸.整體效果水準以上!有心理準備是座位非常擠迫,兩個人只可坐一邊卡位同一定要搭檯.如果想舒舒服服慢慢嘆就唔駛諗喇!
