上一次來丸十是吃鐵板燒,今次約友人再來是食大阪燒,仲要係DIY,好玩又好食。丸十壽司盛合$298~有黑鯛魚,帶子,牡丹蝦,海膽和大拖羅5款高質壽司。壽司飯亦是整件壽司的靈魂,丸十是香港首家「當店精米」餐廳,即在本店除去表層米糠,打磨成口感柔軟,香甜的精米,配合高質刺身,壽司的質素得以大大提升。黑鯛魚~口感爽彈, 魚味濃郁。帶子~ 爽甜嫩滑,美味。牡丹蝦~好大隻,啖啖肉, 鮮甜彈牙。海膽~ 質感細滑,帶海水味的甘甜,入口即溶。大拖羅~ 柔嫩肥美,魚油豐富,魚味香濃,好好味呀!石燒西冷(150g)$198~自己牛扒自己煎! 石板的温度十分高,所以不宜煎太久,美國西冷表面微焦,但肉質柔軟嫩滑,牛味香濃,肉汁豐富,好正!DIY大阪燒$108~材料有芝士,節瓜,椰菜,薯片,木魚絲和大阪燒漿。首先放入椰菜絲及大阪燒漿在容器上攪勻。放適量的油,加熱後再添加攪拌好的漿到平鍋, 把薯片及節瓜碎放在椰菜上。每邊加熱三分鐘,最後配上適量大阪醬燒汁及秘製蛋黃醬。第一次DIY大阪燒,覺得唔係咁易煎得好靚,不過估唔到整體味道和口感也很豐富,配上酸酸甜甜的大阪醬燒汁, 美味蛋黃醬,木魚絲和海苔粉,確是十分滋味。冷草
