同女友在葵芳新都會廣場睇完戲,找個地方食晚飯,我醒起 標榜用「精米」製作米飯嘅丸十日本食堂在這𥚃開咗分店,作為飯痴的她,一定想試自家制明太子玉子燒-明太子不會太鹹,配合驚有層次嘅玉子燒,好食又有口感刺身淺嚐拼盤-三文魚,甜蝦,章紅魚(油甘魚)各兩件,比一般的大同超厚切,而且很新鮮,$88抵食壽司冬甩-原創壽司,左右兩款不同左邊的以吞拿魚包住壽司飯,中間加入大量牛油果,上面再加上蟹肉同三文魚子,最後加入千島醬,幾樣野配搭在一起很夾,很有層次感右邊的在壽司飯面放上三文魚和用胡麻醬醃過嘅章紅魚,再係上面加上適量牛油果粒,玉子燒粒和三文魚子,很有特色丸十鐵板和牛炒飯-人氣之選,熱辣辣,好有鑊氣,應該師父即炒即送到我地面前,下次可以試下去坐bar枱食鐵板燒,睇住師父表演燒日本地雞爆丼-走地雞是從日本取材,肉質嫩滑,有點碳火燒烤的味道,碗仔細細,把雞堆成小山丘,賣相很討好燒珍寶海鮮扇貝盒-有大量海鮮:帆立貝、蟹棒、三文魚、蠔,燒好後再加入沙律醬同芝士,賣相精緻,味道一流,$78乍簡單嘅食材加上藝術同創意就可以變得不平凡 continue reading

今日同屋企人去葵芳嗰邊行,最後去左丸十日本食堂都食嘢,呢度都幾多人,想食要預先早啲等位。我哋叫咗個蟹籽沙律做前菜,都非常多蟹籽,而且個青瓜都好鮮甜,好味。仲叫咗個黑松露海膽茶碗蒸,個海膽好鮮甜,黑松露嘅味都好濃郁,配埋啲蛋食一啲都唔寡,仲好好味添。主菜方面我哋叫咗澳洲和牛烏冬同埋溫泉玉子伴燒澳洲和牛爆丼。因為我哋好鍾意食和牛。我發覺每一份嘅和牛都非常之多,我哋四個人食啱啱好,個和牛入口即溶,非常之有牛味。如果烏冬就正正常常。我哋仲叫咗啲燒物, 分別有燒南非鮑魚,聖子王,原隻生蠔。個南非鮑魚好好食,好彈牙,而且燒到勁香口,非常推薦。而個蟶子皇配埋啲調味料,非常惹味,並且好多肉汁。個生蠔亦都肥美,如果更大隻更加好。除咗燒海鮮,我哋仲叫咗燒牛舌同埋燒三文魚頭,個燒牛舌非常juicy,一啲都唔韌,好味。燒三文魚頭亦都非常之多肉,肉質鮮嫩。我哋仲叫咗個火炙三文魚親子卷,非常足料,味道正常。甜品就叫咗個抹茶雪糕, 好濃嘅抹茶味,配埋甜甜嘅紅豆食簡直一流。 continue reading

在香港,日式餐廳新開業,大抵都是以刺身、燒肉或丼飯作招徠。對我而言,刺身的吸引程度並不足夠。而這天朋友向我推介這家以「米」為主的日本菜,看到餐廳餐牌內食物大多是熟吃,我就不抗拒,並漸生興趣。 可是,抵達時是7時多的晚飯繁忙時間,所以要稍等才能入座。餐廳座位分2類,如吧檯和卡位。我們被安排入座卡位,而坐吧檯的客人就可以看到廚師即席烹調鐵板燒的過程,如果我是吃鐵板燒的話,都一定會爭取坐那裡的!餐牌內,大多數的食物都是跟「飯」有關,餘下的3成食物包括有刺身、鐵板燒、串燒、天婦羅和麵粉等等。跟朋友商量過後,就快手下單。隨即,侍應就送上一壺熱水和抹茶粉,跟日本的待客之道相近。客人可以按個人喜好,將適量的抹茶粉加入熱水內,拌勻即可飲用。自家製明太子玉子燒 $58玉子燒有明太子和鰻魚可選,感覺明太子會特別一點,所以就選明太子。來到時,玉子燒做得剛好,雞蛋香軟嫩滑帶些許甜味外,中間的明太子帶微微鹹香,但不覺辣,值得一試。餐廳主打「當店精米」,即會在店內將日刺直送的米,透過精米機,在每日的午市和晚市打磨為白米,確保丼飯和壽司用的米的質素。有見及此,我們便點了壽司拼盤淺嘗。丸十彩虹卷 $98 賣相十分吸引的彩虹卷,顏色豐富,滿足了視覺效果外,味覺效果又如何呢?丸十彩虹卷上除了有牛油果外,壽司卷上舖有刺身,包括吞拿魚、三文魚和油甘魚等數款。有些還以金箔作為點綴,盡顯矜貴。壽包卷的刺身不但鮮味十足,卷內有青瓜絲、蟹柳及紫菜十分豐富。而卷物的表面添有口感Creamy的牛油果同刺身,配以精磨白米製作的壽司飯,吃起來口感更有層次感,亦突顯了刺身的鮮甜。而天婦羅和串燒亦是我們蠢蠢欲「試」的食物,我們都點了雜錦款:雜錦天扶良和海鮮之盒(串燒)。雜錦天扶良 (5件) $98 天婦羅有5件,包括蝦、茄子、南瓜、蕃薯及青椒。單看賣相,天婦羅呈金黃色,炸得不油膩,非常吸引。跟朋友分享來吃,吃了蝦和蕃薯,炸粉不會太厚,香脆而不油膩,蝦肉爽,蕃薯薄亦甜,很不錯!以為那把「扇」形的炸物不能吃,原來也是食物之一,吃起來就像炸了的麵條小吃,十分有趣。海洋之盒  $158 海洋之盒是集齊了5款熱門海鮮的串燒拼盤,有大大隻的原隻帶子、廣島蠔、大蝦、鯖魚和燒白鱔,看起來已經口水直流,吸引至極,跟朋友一齊share最好!串燒即叫即製,來到時散發出陣陣香味。廣島蠔很大隻,不過我不吃,朋友說味道鮮甜。鯖魚燒過後,肉質亦不錯,雖然不至於嫩滑,但也不會太嚡。帶子加了醬汁才燒,吃起來味道豐富惹味!蝦好大隻,雖然只是純粹地燒,但吃起來也不覺乾身。最愛的燒白蟮,雖然不是用蒲燒汁燒,而是白燒,不過別有一番風味,嘗到白鱔的原味和感覺到它油脂豐腴的口感。其實,海鮮就是吃原味,簡單調味後烤一下,輕滴少許檸檬汁提味,就可將海鮮的鮮味帶出來!澳洲和牛烏冬 $138 這烏冬配上精選和牛,來到時以為很生,但放到湯內再吃,肉質有嚼勁,而且牛肉味濃,配烏冬真的不錯。   烏冬呢,雪白的湯底頗為香濃,配似流心雞蛋,令人食指大動!烏冬麵條雖幼身但不失嚼勁,令人滿意。整體而言,這餐廳絕對合乎期望,可以再訪! continue reading

今日同朋友收工約左去葵芳去蒸腳,蒸腳前我們係新都會食啲野先可以蒸腳,係新都會行一陣,見到間餐廳係用XO 做主題 好特別,仲要係食日本野,我地諗都唔諗直接行入去,入到我們比安排坐卡位,地方都好夠大,坐得好舒服,同朋友坐低 睇餐牌 商量好決定叫野食,我地叫左三樣野食,啲野食都好快到,香蔥鮪腩蓉卷,朋友話不錯, 好喜歡,松葉蟹肉壽司漢堡漢堡用左日本飯 整成的 唔係漢堡麵包 蟹肉都算係多嘅,朋友話有少少辣可接受燒豚肉丼我自己覺得豚肉燒得比較硬身,食落太乾,味道一般般,食左大約半個鐘左右 已經有服務員係咁幫我們收拾有啲趕我們走既感覺,我同朋友就好快埋單走人。 continue reading

最近丸十有新搞作,梳乎蛋同XO破格組合登陸丸十,令精米食堂耳目一新,超級卡哇伊的布置也成為Sanrio 粉絲的打卡熱點。我雖然不是Sanrio粉,但對卡哇伊的公仔是來者不拒,所以借中午飯時間來八卦一下。推出左期間限定主題美食餐牌,有XO仔同梳乎蛋的卡通造型,大討食客歡心。中午的定食套餐選擇繁多,日式定食配味噌湯,前菜,漬物,海草絲,可以加配野飲同小食。頗有日式和風。我揀左西京燒銀鱈魚定食,兩大塊銀鱈魚實在是juice!魚肉質素非常高,口感相當嫩滑,燒汁回甘有一種獨特的香味!超級吸引!米飯爽口香糯,米粒飽滿,啖啖滿足。小食加配左八爪魚,芝麻香十足。一場來到點都要試下新推出的XO竹炭雪糕芭菲,分為四層,竹炭雪糕甜而不膩,有椰子的清香,原來佢系以椰子水代替牛奶,不含乳糖牛奶也不含麩質,冇咁肥,健康d. continue reading
