收工出旺角買埋野都九點幾,行到金魚街聞到成陣碗仔翅味好香,見未食飯,決定買碗火鴨翅試下,睇見門口招牌,見到加埋燒鴨脾好似好正,又飽肚啲,就加多30蚊加隻鴨脾下庄。由於佢話係即滾嘅關係,都要等一陣,唔係即「筆」即有。等等下見有幾個人叫狗仔粉,好似又幾好食,咁好啦,買埋同家人一齊試下,兩碗野加鴨脾盛惠$86。返到屋企,兩碗野仲係熱嘅。個火鴨翅同般碗仔翅都幾唔同,好杰身同埋味度偏濃同咸左少少。成隻鴨脾點晒落個翅到食,個食法都幾新奇,啖啖肉,唔錯!至於個狗仔粉,佢又係唔似一般酒樓湯底,佢係好杰身,好似打左個獻咁,料唔係好多,不過加左辣菜甫幾野味,可惜可能因為浸得太耐,舖糊狀同太淋。總括黎講,火鴨翅比狗仔粉較佳,狗仔粉同樣價錢,我會揀去第二度食油渣麵。
