To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來的感覺好似母親大人帶來的說言是米芝連唔記得1星定2星,來到的時候嚇了一跳,排隊的人多到要等2小時,可能是因為新開張現在過了一段長時間,儘管週末還是很多人,但一至五則不太用等,入到去叫左油菜(生菜)幾好食︳同埋灑鼓油既時間也不會太咸燒賣,蝦飯,牛肉球也不錯呀,好食到一個點甜度適中︳又鬆軟,真的諗起都幾幸運(利申,極愛中式茶點)
