Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和朋友食飯傾計,所以叫了一枝酒,再加小食、串燒等。銀杏鹽燒即白菓,平時通過常做糖水但很少這樣食,用來送酒也不錯。我喜歡脆胡瓜有點清淡感,但加上薑蓉味道很清新。厚燒海膽玉子,厚厚的玉子中加入海膽,那海之味混合甜美的玉子,非常夾! 燒牛脷串、燒雞皮虾、雞翅膀、雞軟骨整體也很好。但值得一提是燒和牛串和鹽燒海鰻,我們試了後要即encore,剛燒好加上海鹽,香口、幼滑且肥美。要預早訂枱,否則要坐bar枱,不過都有另一種風味!
