To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚到星月樓食晚飯,叫了例牌乳豬,燒乳鴿,咕嚕肉等。想著的乳豬竟然是翻炸的,翻炸乳豬扮脆皮。侍應竟然敢來過嚟說乳豬皮薄甚靚。我直接對她說你的乳豬翻炸過的。她竟然說翻炸過的更好食,我對他說從來不會有間酒家翻炸乳豬給客人吃。她沒趣的走開。是的,從來沒想過有一間酒樓這樣騙人。以後永不幫襯。同行的母親八十多歲,喜歡食乳豬;亦表示這家酒家的乳豬是她吃過最差的一家。咕嚕肉就是肥肉或炸粉多,瘦肉的部分少得可憐。燒乳鴿亦未見皮脆,乳鴿亦顯得不夠味。
