同朋友睇完戲,散場之後就去咗通菜街搵食🍽。 喺3月呢個乍暖還寒嘅天氣,想食返啲熱食暖下肚。行行吓就見到呢間以石鍋為題材嘅餐廳,喺門口嘅餐牌睇落幾吸引,就入去試吓啦。除咗主打嘅石鍋手打烏冬同石頭鍋飯,仲有沙律,串燒炸物等小食。首先上枱嘅有呢個安格斯牛肉石燒手打烏冬配魚介豚骨濃湯$74呢個烏東真係夠晒滾熱辣,湯底熱到起晒水泡,食到尾都仲keep到個溫度,仲有啲櫻花蝦喺面。安格斯牛好夠肉味同夠滑,想食熟啲就浸耐少少。烏冬果然係手打出來,零舍煙韌,仲索晒魚介豚骨湯底。呢個燒牛仔骨牛舌石頭鍋飯$78,牛舌煎過好香,牛仔骨就燒過同有黑椒味,配埋白飯食真係正,食到底仲有飯焦。我們還加了個低溫慢煮流心蛋$10,好滑口! 另外,我們點了一杯熱蜂蜜柚子蜜($9)及水蜜桃綠茶($13)小食方面,就點了關西風石燒樓煎餃子🥟,餃子煎得夠香脆。小店裝修幾別緻,很有日本風格。石燒手打烏東共有5款湯底選擇,下次又有藉口來食其他口味了。
