總體來說表現中規中矩,但這裡又真係平,如果想食石鍋,有石鍋保溫效果讓食物保持熱騰騰的溫度,那就叫石鍋, 否則其實味道和口感上兩者並未有太大分別,可以說湯是石鍋好,最少叫得做湯,但相反如果非石鍋再貴點就不用食了,如果兩個人一個非石鍋一個石鍋都不錯。餐廳的環境簡潔,服務態度親切,性價比很高,這間店的石鍋烏冬雖然保溫效果不錯,但味道的確有待提升,雖然整體表現只能算是中等水平。🌟 這個可以說是 或許值得一試的烏冬店,但對於追求美食的食客來說,這裡可能不是最佳選擇。🎉🙆‍♂️🍴

❇️石鍋堂海鮮-魚介豚骨濃湯
上枱啲湯仲滾緊,魚介豚骨湯利用鰹魚乾、小魚乾、紫魚乾、昆布,以及優質乾魚粉、乾貝粉等熬製長達十小時而成湯底,味道濃厚,非常惹味👍。而海鮮份量很足料豐富,有兩隻蝦、幾隻蜆、一隻帆立貝、一隻蠔、兩條蟹棒,蝦夠曬彈牙,蜆也沒沙,烏冬粗身有點彈性很好吃!!

餐廳位於旺角,與地鐵站距離5分鐘左右,還算方便快捷,如鋪店一樣,主打一定是石鍋,我們吃的也是,超級熱的石鍋,小心謹慎,不要亂碰,受傷了就不值得。厚切豚肉配黑松露香菇湯烏冬,肉質不錯,口感有咬口,湯底菇味濃郁,熱辣辣的送到枱上,烏冬更是掛滿了湯汁,味道更佳。吉列豬扒配魚介豚骨濃湯烏冬,豬扒香脆可口,肉汁豐富,分上餐廳也誠意十足。湯底我更喜愛,骨膠原十足,味道濃郁,不知不覺會把它渴光。流心蛋,真的是流心已經成功了,看似簡單但不容易。

約左朋友收工食飯,朋友想食烏冬,見到依間好多人食就決定試一試🤓🤓🌼厚切鵝肝野菌石鍋飯因為本人唔太食飯焦,所以轉左用普通碗,但一樣好夠熱~鵝肝比想像中大塊厚身,油脂滿滿超級香,好好送飯😋😋😋🌼照燒雞扒 咖哩濃湯烏冬雞扒冇雪味,煮得啱啱好,食落好滑唔鞋。咖喱湯唔係杰身嗰種,係鹹個種嘅咖哩湯汁,比較容易食得出香料嘅味。烏冬煙韌有咬口好掛汁~覺得小店好多方面都好用心體貼,照燒雞扒上面會撒啲芝麻有心思,考慮到唔同客人需要,可以自行選擇普通碗/石鍋,甚至可以自攜外來飲品入餐廳,依點真係好好👍
