今日同朋友去了都新興了一輪的石燒牛餐廳食飯,地方比較狹窄,不過流重量都高,通常大半個鐘就食完。牛肉都係分重量去選擇,所以女士可以揀細份點,唔使浪費。我們叫了小牛柳及牛側腹,前者肉味較淡,後者肉味較濃郁,兩者都是表面略煎至變色,中間全生,切開一件件再在鐵板烤至個人喜歡的熟度,這個石燒牛還保留了肉汁,唔怕煎得太乾。另外加$30可揀沙律、湯、薯條、飯及汽水,薯條炸得好香脆,三文魚南瓜湯鮮甜。值得一讚就佢有圍裙,唔怕彈到成身油。
