🍴收工又去左旺角等男朋友收工,再去女人街搵野食,今次揀左呢間石鍋堂,主打石燒烏冬同石頭鍋飯。🍴我叫咗個醬油豬手石燒手打烏冬🍜,湯底有五款可以揀,我揀咗最貴嗰款魚介豚骨濃湯做湯底,$118。🍴一上碟真係有啲驚喜,成隻豬手超級大隻,啖啖肉之餘肥膏都唔少,個人認為醬油味偏鹹。而湯底、手打烏冬、餸菜配料做得幾出色。烏冬煙煙韌韌,口感好正;湯底味濃,仲落咗櫻花蝦,賣相都幾靚。🍴男友就叫咗燒牛仔骨牛舌石鍋飯,轉普通碗上,$86。🍴個汁值得一讚,配飯、牛舌、牛仔骨都好正👍🏼。牛舌切得薄薄的,容易咬。但係牛仔骨試咗幾塊都超難咬,呢個有待改善。如果係冬天黎就啱哂,啲野食超熱辣滾燙。
