同老公去旺角買嘢,晚餐時間要找餐廳食飯,經過一間石鍋堂,門口多位食客等位,想想之前也試過店內的濃湯,的確好好味!今晚都好想再回味一下,就同老公加入等位行列。店內地不大,但都坐滿食客,個個都食到津津有味!入座後,立即落單點了燒鰻魚石燒手打烏冬,湯底有五款,各有特色,我選了魚介豚骨濃湯,是用鰹魚乾、小魚乾、紫魚乾、昆布,和優質的乾魚粉、乾貝粉等熬煮十小時而成。鮮甜味十足!用燒熱了的石鍋盛載上枱,見到湯仍在滾滾燙的,石鍋的熱力能保持温度,食完碗麵石鍋還暖。魚介豚肉骨湯味道濃郁,烏冬掛上濃湯滑溜又惹味,另上的燒鰻魚厚肉帶爽滑。吉列豬扒蛋包飯吉列豬扒厚切又大塊,外脆肉嫩,嫩滑的蛋包住已調味的飯,再加上特製醬汁,甚惹味!咸檸七,咸中有甜的味道好特別,冰凍解喝。
