我們去過一次後念念不忘, 對那個牛肉情有獨鍾,今次專來吃熟食。京蔥爆炒牛肉,$88牛肉淋滑,用京蔥、蒜、醬油等等爆炒後,京蔥的蔥香久久不散。牛肉快炒後十分嫩滑,是上等的牛肉,牛味香濃。紅燒竹䇠滑豆腐,$78朋友說要再來吃這個。豆腐炸過煮過後依然滑一滑,豆香味濃。醬汁和配料都是齋菜味道,夠清新,不會太多肉而對身體有負擔。蒜片安格斯牛柳粒,$78牛柳比上次來說,煮得略略老了。而安格斯的牛味依然極濃,牛肉軟淋無渣,很多汁。
