放工前嗰同事問我今晚有冇時間一齊去滾,我問佢有乜好嘢先,佢話早排聽個朋友講北角馬寶道有間叫滾得喜嘅火鍋店幾好,叫佢有空就要試吓,橫掂今晚收工冇人约,咁就同佢放工後撘地鉄去,因為嗰間火鍋店好近地铁站出口,非常就腳,好在同事一早訂咗枱,唔使等,因為係食飯嘅時候都好多人,但環境好似去咗清朝咁,店舖門口有張金黃色嘅龍椅,周圍都好有特色,餐牌都與別不同,同事選擇咗一個叫乜做湯底,連嗰名都特別個人, 崇德芫茜皮蛋豆腐馬蹄鍋,湯底嘅料都好多, 我就叫咗其他火鍋配料,有 手切飛禪和牛,試咗一片熟食,入口即溶,但原來刺身食,沾少少自家配制嘅酱汁,重好味,跟住餘下嘅飛禪和牛就全部生食, 花雕雞件,雞件就算淥耐咗都好滑,重有鹿兒島日本黑豚肉,豚肉都只係淥一陣就食得,因為湯底好味,所以唔沾醬都好食,肉質又爽,日本廣島蠔,超肥美,蠔味濃郁, 黑松露墨魚滑, 手打蟹子蝦滑,啲滑都好有水準, 唐生菜,滾得起餃子拼盤, 飲品要咗藍妹啤酒,飲吓食吓,吹吓水,又一晚。 continue reading

冬天當然離不開吃火鍋~~是夜特地選了最近很夯的滾得囍嘗一嘗宮廷火鍋~餐廳裝潢充滿古典風,我們的桌子和鄰桌用一幅木雕屏風隔開,私隱度不錯。店員先送上四款超級開胃的前菜,分別是炒花生米、鹹酸菜、醃青瓜和酸辣土豆絲,不消一會就吃光光了說到底是宮廷火鍋,湯底方面當然選擇眾多,有十多款湯底選擇,總有一款會得皇上歡心哈哈~我們這次點了補身的慈禧酒鍋麻油雞鍋湯底先端上貴氣十足的龍頭大鐵鍋,放上麻油熱鍋,雞肉下鍋爆香後再加酒點火,火一起來酒香四溢,視覺效果滿分!待酒氣蒸發一點後店員便慢慢加湯,滾起就可以先把麻油雞吃掉,免得煮得太老~雞肉很香嫩,而且加了紅棗和龍眼熬的湯頭甜甜的~先來海鮮!這碟是桂花蚌和瑤柱乾貝滑桂花蚌爽口彈牙,而瑤柱乾貝滑就是墨魚滑加入了瑤柱乾貝,帶點鮮味口感十足這客手切頂級鮮牛肉擺盤十分精緻奪目,肥瘦適中,雪花紋平均分佈。放入湯輕輕一燙就變色了,入口牛味濃郁這客黃金魚皮份量十足,之前曾興起一陣鹹蛋魚皮的潮流,當然不及新鮮炸起熱辣辣脆卜卜的好吃。就這樣直接吃或是放入湯滾一下也可以,仍然保持香脆口感!超級惹味吃魚皮配冰凍啤酒最好不過吶最後是雜菜拼盤和冬瓜件~冬瓜煮淋了變得帶點透明就可以吃了,清熱下火之選最後值得一讚的是餐廳通風不錯,吃完衣物也沒有太大味道,而且服務殷勤,會主動加湯 continue reading
