元朗對新界人是一個美食天堂。應有盡有。數不盡的各國佳餚。但對我這些本土香港仔。必定茶餐廳行先。今晚行過茜菁街搵食。見到間外面有煲仔飯檔。因此吸引了我。鳳爪排骨煲仔飯。普通茶樓食的鳳爪排骨飯細細的。但煲仔飯最要訣的必要是飯焦。這𥚃的排骨肉汁浸透入飯後更添肉香。令飯味更複雜無窮。飯焦亦香而脆口。枝竹魚腩煲。除了煲仔飯出色外。原來它們的香港地道小炒亦非常出色。叫了個枝竹魚腩煲。魚腩的數量之多充滿著成個煲。 枝竹亦是入味而沾不上太多油。魚腩雖沾上粉炸。但都不失魚肉的鮮甜。
