To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為要等人放工而時間不夠,不能吃完飯才看煙花,所以只好之後才吃宵夜。一向知道太湖有宵夜時段優惠,但之前只是吃晚飯,所以今次一於試試。宵夜有很多優惠孖寶,我們點了三個孖寶,總共有蒸鮑魚,上湯龍蝦配煎米粉,班頭腩粥,乾炒牛河,蒸班頭腩,蒸開邊中蝦。後來再另外叫多一個薑米鮮魚炒飯。蒸鮑魚蒸得剛剛好,新鮮有鮑魚甜味。上湯龍蝦味道剛剛好不太鹹,但煎米粉有一邊是燶的。班頭腩粥十分多班頭腩,味道不鹹。芋頭臘腸蒸班頭腩,蒸得剛剛好,魚也十分新鮮。蒸開邊中蝦,蒸得剛剛好,蝦還有蝦膏,十分鮮甜。薑米鮮魚炒飯,魚及茨汁太鹹,飯炒得太乾。最後還有紅豆沙,炸蛋條及蓮蓉煎堆,簡直係小型甜品buffet。看罷煙花,又有美味的宵夜,簡直是十分滿足。
