朋友想食海南雞飯,問我有咩好介紹,我記起之前同事提過鰂魚涌有一間主打星洲菜,無骨海南雞飯至為出名。好! 我哋一於去食。餐廳不是很大,我們七點九來到已是人頭湧湧。好不容易找到座位之後,連忙落單點菜。這裡選擇都多,海南雞飯當然是必食之選。再叫了粉絲炒雜菜、燒豬頸肉、炸香蕉、參巴雞翼,就夠晒我哋食喇。【凍檸檬薏米水 $28】清新、消膩、去濕,好飲!【參巴雞翼 $48】呢個正! 外皮脆,雞肉好入味。【燒豬頸肉 $48】燒得幾香,切成薄片容易食,點埋個特別汁醬就至 good。【炸香蕉 $38】雖然覺得有點熱氣,但係又真係好好食,估唔到香蕉炸過之後,可以咁甜。【粉絲炒雜菜 $65】食完熱氣嘢,來個炒雜菜當然是極好的配搭啦。至於啲粉絲不得不吃,因為它索晒啲湯汁,好好味。【海南雞飯 $85】好有特色,用竹篩來載住海南雞和白飯。黃油雞皮薄,沒有多餘脂肪,至正係佢無骨,又香又滑。唔怪得,每檯客都會叫這個海南雞飯啦。同事果然無介紹錯,即刻 whatsapp 佢,多謝佢嘅好介紹。
