To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I slept in on Saturday and didn’t have any lunch so I went out to buy some takeaway to eat at home. I decided to go to With Your Mind to get some south-east Asian food.I ordered the afternoon tea set which was the boneless Hainanese chicken rice and added an order of  black radish cake to share with mom.The chicken was so tender and the rice was full of chicken flavour and I quickly finished all the rice after adding in all the dark soy sauce which was very delicious.The black radish cake was stir-fried with black soy sauce. eggs were added to stir-fried together to add richness to the taste. The appearance was really dark, but it wasn’t too salty. Slightly spicy but a bit greasy and it made me felt full fast. continue reading

香港既夏天一年熱過一年, 早幾日溫度仲去到35度...天氣熱真係無胃口食飯, 都係想搵涼浸浸餐廳食下粉麵, 嘆杯凍檸茶...收工個陣已經餓到暈, 所以係公司附近食埋飯先返屋企行下行下就去到隨心呢間餐廳每到Lunch就爆哂場, 夜晚難得有位, 唔諗啦即刻入座啦本身想食海南雞喇沙, 但可能太夜既關係已經賣哂見到人地食新加坡炒貴刁又令我有d心郁郁...於是就叫左炒貴刁啦佢地既炒貴刁係河粉+油麵, 然後用黑醬油炒成入面有臘腸、炒蛋、蝦仁作為配料, 除左黑醬油仲有辣椒落去炒甜甜地既黑醬油加上少少辣味, 真係非常惹味醒胃河粉同油麵兩者質感唔同既粉一齊炒又真係幾特別, 又炒得夠哂乾身, 真係無揀錯!!下次Lunch拉埋同事黎試下其他野先~~ continue reading

夏日熱辣辣,除咗想食壽司,涼麵,就係食海南雞啦!海南雞就好多地方都有得食,連快餐店都有。但我就唔會求其搵一間食嘅,我對食都有啲要求下。揀咗呢間主打新加坡和馬來西亞菜嘅餐廳,我就點咗隨心海南雞飯(無骨),雞肉食落都幾滑,雞皮爽彈,飯有啲椰香味。朋友就揀咗馬來炒麵(酸辣味),我都試咗啲,炒得有鑊氣,酸辣味又唔會太濃。我地覺得啲嘢食都幾唔錯。餐有跟飲品,價格都相宜。環境無別特別之處,細細間,但都幾多人流。 continue reading
