To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室有幾間分間,今次係第二次食,都覺得滑蛋飯真係幾唔錯。晚市6點左右去食個early dinner,但點知最出名個叉燒滑蛋飯已經冇咗,叉燒已經賣晒。於是今次就食蝦仁滑蛋飯。果然都係分量十足,滿滿嘅滑蛋充滿着成個飯,目測起碼都有五六隻蛋係入面,好嫩滑,完全唔需要經過咀嚼,就可以吞落去。蝦有6隻,都唔算細隻,咬落去都幾爽脆,唔會overcook。成個飯再加埋香蔥同豉油,味道豐富。但略嫌豉油太多,令到個飯有啲鹹。
