To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多時都會星期日黎飲早茶, 呢間野的黑衫部長要十一點後先上班, 十一點前就係女侍應們的世界, 班女侍應完全唔知咩叫服務性行業, 叫又唔應, 問又唔答, 就算佢答你, 你都唔會聽到佢講咩, 埋單要等十五分鐘, 我今日去飲茶, 短短個零鐘, 已經聽到好多不同的客係到投訴, 埋單要等廿分鐘, 計錯茶錢...我本人呢, 今日遇到包括叫侍應開茶, 佢好煩咁叫我等陣, 叫佢寫野, 佢明明見到, 但係里埋入茶水房, 埋單等左五分鐘, 我叫佢睇睇, 佢答都唔答, 我大聲再問, 佢話: 等等啦, 我見到有人埋緊, 我話我要追呀, 佢就掉頭行左去, 唔明又唔係咁爆, 點解埋單要食叠咁埋, 仲要主動問你有冇一百蚊紙, 咁唔駛等找錢...我情願出去櫃面比錢囉...我唔明呢間野點賣鮑魚做高級食府... 完全無譜, 茶餐廳咁, 不過茶餐廳唔駛收加一茶錢醬介喎...
