To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日我去維園,途經糖街呢間舖,見到舖頭有部幾有特色嘅餐車,於是比佢吸引左入去。當然我點左啲佢地推介嘅食物試下啦!我點左沙嗲雞肉串燒,印尼撈麵 ,珍多冰。嘩!沙嗲汁勁香,雞肉夠嫩滑,無得輸。撈麵軟硬適中, 珍多冰嘅椰汁香濃又滑,一試難忘。食物精緻,味道具有特色同埋夠地道。值得推介。
