To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期五晚同女友人本想到isquare 30樓的eye bar, 但原來它是和南海一號相連,於是俾中菜吸引左裝修新派時尚,樓底又夠高,極具氣派!我們被安排坐窗邊坐位,飽覽維港靚景,盡訴心聲好地方💯💯💯💯再講講食物,一來小食是蝦片,鹹香蝦味,口感脆脆,不油膩👍👍小籠包即叫即蒸,熱騰騰,皮很薄,點少少醋令小籠包味道更出色,一咬湯就噴出來,湯好惹味,肉質結實筍尖蝦餃也是即蒸,皮也薄身,蝦肉新鮮弹牙,筍尖爽口😋😋酥炸芋蓉柚皮球,份量很大,酥炸球外皮咬口鬆化,芋蓉很油膩很滯,柚皮冇味的,非常失望😖😖😖😖最期待的腰果露,因為很少地方可以食到,除了甜味,完完全全徹底的冇腰果味,連腰果香也聞不到,really bad😈😈😈總括食物質素平平,環境取勝,另外,值得一提南海一號可點eye bar的drinks 也是抵讚的🌟🌟🌟❕❕
