To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 託老細鴻福，有幸上iSquare 廿九樓食阿一，須知本人去 iSquare 幾乎唔會上七樓 (戲院) 以上的。 :-P 多謝老细！是夜不吃鮑參翅肚。頭盤冰鎮賴尿蝦鲜甜爽口，但因方便進食賴尿蝦早已一分四，部分賴尿蝦上檯時散開一件件冇左蝦型，食落仲夾雜碎冰，呢一點稍嫌有負米芝蓮「星」名...其他食物尚算合符水準。較深印象有牛尾，好淋好入味份量亦大，去到差唔多尾至上，食完真係飽飽。不過點飽都要食埋臘味飯，臘腸肥瘦適中，飯有臘味油香，唔錯唔錯！甜品西米焗布甸雖不俗，但亦令人明白為何鳳城嘅西米焗布甸如此出名...總括來說，水準不俗，不過印象最深刻都係個落地大玻璃無敵維港夜景，真係環境好D，食物都好味D; 地勢高D，星星都易摘D...
