✝️鹿兒島燒鰻魚
食過最好食嘅燒鰻魚🤤,經過無數次改良,整成呢個皮脆同半入口即溶嘅肉質口感,燒嘅時候軟化咗鰻魚魚骨,面頭掃咗一層甜甜哋嘅鰻魚醬,加埋辛香柚子芥末,有無啲似食緊乳豬呢🐷

壽司方面,米飯用咗山形縣嘅白米加赤醋整成,陣陣醋香減少咗魚生帶嚟嘅油膩感,仲令到壽司鮮香味提升⬆️。

賣相精緻嘅甜品唔難整,靚得嚟又好食先至喺真功夫😎。面頭嘅紗紙噴上食用玫瑰香水🌹,揭開神秘嘅面紗,見到自家製乳酪上面有薄荷同玫瑰啫喱做裝飾,中間喺用時令白桃整成嘅雪葩,底部仲有好多軟綿多汁而且甜度啱啱好嘅白鳳桃肉🍑,夏天食夠晒Fresh🌿
