Seasonal Platter打卡滿分,右上角日本高知原產嘅一個綠肉嘅蜜瓜,比較爽口!第二個食左下士多啤梨mochi,左上係青提子jelly有啲紫蘇,會比較清爽~右下係一個日式芝士蛋糕用咗抹茶做返調味,最後最後一個收尾係一個黑芝麻朱古力係Kushiro一個出咗好耐嘅甜品個味道極為濃厚,黑芝麻控表示留到最後食勁幸福~

今餐食得好開心,祝朋友永遠幸福快樂😁

We had the omakase set at $2880/person and every piece was beautifully presented at its finest taste. We had both the tofu pudding and seasonal dessert to share but if you could only choose one, I’d definitely recommend the tofu pudding. It’s very creamy and crunchy. The complimentary sesame chocolate was also very unique in taste.

There’s nothing to complain at all throughout the whole meal and I’d say it’s my second favourite omakase place in Hong Kong from now on.

事隔多年,第三次嚟呢一間半島酒店入面嘅日本餐廳,估唔到仍然保持高水準!朋友請我過嚟食生日飯,因為減肥唔食飯/壽司,所以就叫咗是日最新鮮嘅刺身拼盤,大家睇相都感受到幾咁新鮮,隔住個mon都感受到係幾咁好味,睇下刺身嘅厚度,簡直係令口感昇華!仲有我最愛嘅海膽,超級鮮甜,真係食極都唔夠 。另外仲叫咗炸蝦天婦羅,一份兩隻,連埋蝦頭炸,啲炸粉薄薄一層咁包住鮮蝦,咬落去隻蝦嘅蝦肉仲係彈牙,唔係比死蝦嚟做天婦羅,炸粉唔厚,又係另一個層次,呢到嘅天婦羅都非常出色!仲有好大隻嘅怪物令和生蠔🦪!又大隻又好味,又新鮮真係好難令人唔愛上。一邊打呢篇食評,個肚就一邊打鼓,真係好想再返去食,我覺得呢一間嘅新鮮度係同日本係直接媲美,再加上半島酒店嘅服務,完全係有加乘作用,約人喺度食飯冇得輸啦 。

另外仲叫咗炸蝦天婦羅,一份兩隻,連埋蝦頭炸,啲炸粉薄薄一層咁包住鮮蝦,咬落去隻蝦嘅蝦肉仲係彈牙,唔係比死蝦嚟做天婦羅,炸粉唔厚,又係另一個層次,呢到嘅天婦羅都非常出色!

仲有好大隻嘅怪物令和生蠔🦪!又大隻又好味,又新鮮真係好難令人唔愛上。

一邊打呢篇食評,個肚就一邊打鼓,真係好想再返去食,我覺得呢一間嘅新鮮度係同日本係直接媲美,再加上半島酒店嘅服務,完全係有加乘作用,約人喺度食飯冇得輸啦 。
