To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和家人到大中華吃飯,訂位前同時訂了乳豬,450元一隻,不會鹹,味道尚可,不過,它不及藍地季季紅好吃。我們還點了墨魚餅和琵琶豆腐,大家都覺得不錯。我們也吃了煲仔飯(臘味和海味),它的做法頗有風味,惜味道、香氣一般,令人有點失望。
