To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬鐵石門站隔鄰的京瑞廣場食市林立,今天選了一期3樓的彩福皇宴晚飯。一行出𨋢口,一邊的盡頭見到養著海鮮的大水缸(看見這麼多的魚、蝦、蟹、鮮鮑等,相信這裡的生意也不錯呢!)。另一邊盡頭傳來婚宴的喜興聲浪(推估今天必是好日子呢!)。因時間尚早,食客不多,幸運地,我們被帶到一房間內,避開了嘈吵聲,可以享受一頓晚飯。*脆皮旺金南乳雞 (半隻)$68名乎其實,這燒雞的皮非常薄而脆,一咬下去都聽到清楚玲瓏的脆脆聲音。雞皮與肉之間的肥油已消失了,所以吃下一點也不油膩。而最難得的是皮雖然已炸到極脆,雞肉仍然嫩滑,而且還滲著淡淡的南乳味。喜歡的話,更可沾上小碟上的南乳汁,頓時味道便變得濃郁。平日不吃雞皮的我,竟然不經不覺地吃下了。我們二人邊吃邊讚,很快便吃掉半隻雞了!*黑松露秋葵帶子炒滑蛋 $89上枱時的賣相與餐牌上的樣子顯然不同,是用巨型蛋包的形式上碟,但破開蛋皮吃下第一啖便喜歡上呢!蛋果然炒得滑溜的,不用咀嚼已吞下肚了。蛋包著的帶子有鮮味而健康的秋葵又爽又滿佈汁液。這蛋的黑松露味較淡,但整體來說,材料配搭新穎,味道討人,令我一試難忘!*柚子爽蕎頭京燒豚肉粒 $89這菜的配搭不常見,炸過的䐁肉粒由味道清

這菜的配搭不常見,炸過的䐁肉粒由味道清新的柚子汁包裹着,再配酸酸甜甜的蕎頭,極之醒胃。

原個椰皇燉燕窩 $45/個
來到這晚飯的尾聲,我們每人一個甜品作結,滑滑的燉蛋白奶上鋪了一層薄薄的燕窩,並滲有椰皇的清香,吃畢極為滿足。
