To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又是下午茶時間,我點了個牛油西多士,北海道3.6牛乳,老公則點了清真牛通心粉。牛油西多很厚,炸得不癃,外脆內嫩,上面的牛油慢慢被多士的熱力融化,然後深入多士裏面,美味無比!北海道3.6牛乳表面有一層薄薄的衣,其實是牛嬭的脂肪,香軟細滑!!華星好像標榜自己的牛肉是清真牛肉,老公專門去試,他說應該是犛牛肉吧~ 我能吃出和普通牛肉不一樣,不過說不出怎樣不同
